Blended Program Schedule

  • Blended program:
    • Synchronous (live) + Asynchronous (independent) learning
  • Monday: Asynchronous learning day — (students may be required to attend tutoring or small groups)
  • Tuesday – Friday: Mix of synchronous (live) and asynchronous (independent) learning

LIVE class attendance is required

School Day is from 7:45am – 3:15pm

Academic Overview

With a knowledge-rich curriculum and the desire to cultivate in young people a desire for the true, the good, and the beautiful, Founders Classical Academy Online harnesses today’s technology to offer a remote classical education option.

Our K-11 online program curriculum offers rich and engaging content carefully designed to meet the standards required by the state of Texas. At Founders Classical Academy Online, students are engaged in academics, participating in various activities and assessments appropriate to the courses being studied, including labs, journals, written assignments, discussions, group and individual projects, formative assessments, objective tests, and written exams.

Elementary

The elementary years prepare students by teaching them vital subjects like reading, science, and mathematics. During these formative years, they also develop critical thinking skills, learn to solve problems, understand abstract ideas, and develop time management skills that will help lay the foundation for future success.

K-5 CURRICULUM OVERVIEW

Middle School

The middle school years are essential for the development of critical thinking and problem-solving strategies. We strive to provide a relevant, engaging, and challenging curriculum that is developmentally appropriate, meets students’ individual needs, and prepares them for high school.

6-8 CURRICULUM OVERVIEW

High School

Today’s High school students have grown up in the digital age and use online technology to connect and learn. They respond to a curriculum that is innovative and engaging. We offer an array of online public school courses for them, including core subjects, honors & AP classes, and career readiness courses tailored to prepare them for life after high school.
